Just Goats – Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas
Oh, hello there. On our way to Possum Kingdom Lake (post coming up – it’s just as awesome of a place as the name makes it sound), we came across a gaggle of goats. A herd of goats? I recently heard that a group of flamingos is known as a flamboyance of flamingos. Aaannndddd I just googled it – apparently, we came across a tribe or a trip of goats (also learned that several rattlesnakes congregating together is known as a rhumba of rattlesnakes, which totally makes sense).
These goats were ridiculously funny looking, as goats tend to be.
It’s even more exciting to post these pictures now, so long after, because we have the gift of goats yelling like humans to view at the same time.
One goat was busy being pregnant and making goatbabies.
Cory put himself much too close the goats. I preferred to use the lovely zoom feature on my camera lens.
This goat had a beard:
And this baby goat was eating a leaf.
End goats.
